For years, we've spoke about revolution from grass route level, mobilizing and gearing youth for Indian politics. Finally we see fresh faces and new wind blowing across India. I was reading mutiny and learnt about few other social start-ups aiming for a change.

Stories Untold

Grassroutes is an innovative idea to learn about rural India, about the revolution taking place there and letting the rest country know about that. It sends 24 in 4-6 teams to a pre-decided rural place and then its upto the teams to learn more about the organizational structure in that place, innovative action the villages have adopted for a better life. The teams return after a 10-day trip sponsored by grassroutes and reaches out to the country.

Roar of the underdog

The irony of sport is that the best team doesn't necessarily win the tournament or say world cup. The team that has put forward their best effort wins. Brazil was the favorite to win football world cup in 1998 and 2006. They had a strongest line-up one could imagine. But they faltered in the process of winning the most coveted trophy. Ironically, they were beaten by France on both the occasions! Who thought India would ever come to the final of cricket world cup 2003 considering our dismal performance in the earlier series?!!

But then, what's a life when only things go the way we predict? Life is all about dealing with new challenges, evolving with time!

Why??

what is life?? do all of us define it differently?? does it deppend on how we look at it..?? or does it depepnd on how it unravells itself???we think we are the rulers of our life... things n life shape up according to our plan..but then..does it always?? wen we say we are the rulers/makers of our destiny.. then why do things dont go our way?? why does it happen tat we plan something and something else happens..??why is life full of surprises?? full of happiness??and yet at times appears to be full of disappointments??
why is it a roller coaster ride..?? why ?? why ?? why???

sounds funny ?? hehehe.. but cant help it.. i wanna know why why??????

New Post!

Its been ages since we've posted here... over an year for now. Life's busy for all our moderators (really?!?), busy enough for one post!

Anyway, finally we are at it again posting (hopefully we do this regularly). We all struggle hard to survive in this world studying, earning hard (is it studying hard or hardly studying? ;) ). All of us dream to make it big and how many of us reach the destination? Why, not all of us make it to the end? Is it only a few can and others cannot? Why doesn't the world consider losers, failed individuals, failed lovers? Is being in a relationship for the second(/third) time a sin? Haven't individuals failed earlier? Why don't we learn from the past that many successful careers are a result of many such failures earlier in their lives. Why are we pessimistic in our outlook?

Is Life about unaccomplished tasks, unfinished dreams, unread stories, incomplete works, lost battles, broken relations, imperfect and stained careers, sketchy backgrounds, unheard voices?

Or is it being ambitious, dreaming big, hoping for a better future, eying clear paths, appreciating your surroundings and your people, looking forward to new relations, aiming high?
